How to Prepare for a Sound Bath in the Salt Cave at Purple Sage

To ensure the most relaxing and rejuvenating experience during your Sound Bath in the Salt Cave, we invite you to prepare intentionally and arrive ready to unwind and receive the healing vibrations of sound and salt.

Before the Session:

  • Wear Comfortable Clothing – Choose loose, cozy attire that allows for deep relaxation. The Salt Cave is kept cool for comfort, so bring a light layer or blanket if you tend to get chilly.

  • Hydrate Well – Drink plenty of water before and after your session to support detoxification and energy flow throughout the body.

  • Eat Lightly – A light meal or snack beforehand is best, as a full stomach may cause discomfort while lying down.

  • Arrive a Few Minutes Early – Give yourself time to settle in, breathe deeply, and get comfortable in the tranquil environment of the Salt Cave before the session begins.

During the Sound Bath:

  • Find a Comfortable Position – You’ll be reclining or lying down in an anti-gravity lounge chair. Feel free to bring a small pillow or blanket for extra comfort.

  • Breathe Deeply & Let Go – Allow the soothing tones of the instruments and the therapeutic salt air to guide you into a deep meditative state.

  • Stay Present & Relax – If thoughts or distractions arise, gently bring your focus back to the sound vibrations and your breath.

After the Session:
