Meet the Facilitator

  • Theresa is an intuitive energy practitioner, astrologer, and Reiki II healer, as well as the founder of Empress Astrology. With a background in leadership and a lifelong passion for guiding others, she bridges practical wisdom with spiritual insight.

    She offers a unique blend of sound healing, astrology, and energy work designed to restore balance, clarity, and connection. Whether through crystal singing bowls, Reiki, or chart readings, Theresa creates safe, supportive spaces for deep release and transformation.

    As the Sound Bath facilitator at Purple Sage, Theresa brings her warm, grounded presence to every session, helping participants let go of stress and reconnect with their inner calm.

  • Rachel is a licensed massage therapist and intuitive wellness practitioner who brings depth, compassion, and holistic healing to her work.

    She integrates bodywork, energy healing, chakra balancing, emotional awareness, and breathwork to support you physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

    As your Breathwork facilitator, Rachel will guide you into deeper states of presence and ease—building a safe and supportive space for you to release, heal, and reconnect with your inner rhythm.

  • Monique is a passionate Health & Wellness Coach and founder of Better Balance VT. Drawing from 18 years in education and her personal experience navigating health challenges and burnout, she understands what it’s like to feel depleted.

    As a single mother of three and someone who shifted her own life through intentional lifestyle change, Monique now guides others in reclaiming energy, balance, and well-being. Her approach combines nutrition, lifestyle transformation, and sustainable habits to prevent burnout from the inside out.

    In the “If You’re Burned Out…” workshop, Monique will bring her grounded wisdom, empathy, and actionable strategies so you leave not just inspired—but empowered to heal, reset, and protect your vitality.
