Sound Healer | Reiki Energy Practitioner
As a sound healer and Reiki energy practitioner, I love creating deeply restorative experiences that help people find balance and peace. Using my crystal singing bowls, I guide clients through immersive sound healing sessions in the salt cave, where the vibrations work to clear energetic blockages, realign the chakras, and promote overall well-being.
My approach blends sound healing, Reiki, and intuitive energy work, creating a space where clients can fully relax, let go of stress, and reconnect with their authentic selves. I believe that sound is a powerful tool for healing, not just on a physical level, but emotionally and spiritually as well. I hold space for each person’s individual journey, helping them feel supported and empowered in their healing process.
When I'm not sharing the magic of reiki and sound healing, I love spending time in nature, with my two sons and husband in Essex, Vermont.
