Kids Cave: A Calm Family Wellness Experience

Step into the Kids Cave at Purple Sage, where children can enjoy a peaceful hour of salt therapy in a safe and nurturing environment. Breathing in naturally infused salt air can support respiratory health, boost immunity, and encourage overall wellness. Parents/guardians are welcome to join, sharing a quiet, restorative experience together.

Please note: Children must always be accompanied by an adult. Relaxing music is played for the accompanying adult, but sessions can be noisy.



Pricing:

  • 1 child + 1 parent/guardian: $30

  • 2 kids + 1 parent/guardian: $50

  • 2 kids + 2 parents/guardians: $60

  • Additional child: $15 | Additional parent/guardian: $10

How to Prepare

  • Arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in before the session begins

  • Dress comfortably — light layers are best inside the cave

  • Bring clean white socks for both children and adults

  • Avoid bringing food or drinks into the cave

  • Encourage children to use the bathroom before entering, as sessions are one hour

Q: What ages are best for the Kids Cave?
We recommend the Kids Cave for ages 3 and up. Younger children are welcome but must be closely supervised by a parent or guardian.

Q: Can my child bring toys?
Yes! We provide a few small, quiet toys and books, and you’re welcome to bring your own. Please avoid anything noisy, messy, or breakable.

Q: What if my child gets restless?
Totally normal! Kids are welcome to move around and play in the salt. The cave is a safe, child-friendly space designed for gentle exploration.

Q: Do parents have to participate?
Yes — at least one adult must stay with children at all times. Adults can sit back, relax, and enjoy the soothing salt cave atmosphere.

Q: Are the benefits safe for children?
Yes. Halotherapy (breathing salt air) is a gentle, natural practice that may help support respiratory health and immune function in both children and adults.

Q: How long is each Kids Cave session?
Sessions last about 1 hour, including time to settle in and exit the cave.

Q: What should we wear?
Dress comfortably in light layers. The cave is kept at a cool, relaxing temperature.

Q: Do we need socks?
Yes — clean white socks are required for all participants (adults and children) to enter the salt cave. Please bring your own.

Q: Can we bring food or drinks inside?
No food or drinks are allowed inside the cave. Please plan accordingly before your visit.
