Led by Monique from Better Balance Vermont, this blended session combines gentle discussion, guided exercises, and reflective practices to help you uncover what your body is truly asking for and complete the stress cycle—so you leave feeling whole, balanced, and recharged.

  • Decoding Stress – Learn the difference between “good” stress (growth-fueling) and “bad” stress (draining).

  • The Overwhelm Continuum – Recognize the stages of stress, from occasional overwhelm to chronic burnout.

  • Your 3-Step Burnout Prevention Plan – Walk away with practical, science-backed strategies to reset your nervous system and restore your energy.
