We work very hard to schedule the right amount of time for each service. Accommodating late guests is often impossible without disrupting every other guest scheduled that day. In the unfortunate event that you are late by 15 minutes or more, we cannot guarantee that your service will be performed that day.
Keeping your scheduled appointment shows respect for your service providers schedule. Service providers appointments are scheduled back-to-back, and often there is a waiting list of guests who were unable to fit in. If you do not show, or cancel your appointment too late, this is time wasted for the service provider and a lost opportunity for another guest to be seen. Therefore, in effort to maintain productive schedules at Purple Sage, and give all guests the opportunity to be seen, we require a 48 - hour notice for cancellation of all scheduled appointments.
All appointments are confirmed by text message and email. You will receive a courtesy call after your first missed appointment. After your second appointment you will be reminded of the No Show policy and your account will be noted. After your third No Show you will be placed on a strictly walk in service basis, and will not be guaranteed an appointment.
We take pride in, stand by and guarantee our work at Purple Sage. If you are unsatisfied we would like you to consult and communicate with your service provider and together come up with a solution. Client redo’s will only be honored if Purple Sage is contacted within 7 days of the original service.
Services: If a client is unhappy with the results of a service and has consulted with and received a redo and is still not happy, Purple Sage management will use reasonable and fair judgement on any decision to refund the client.
Products: If a client is not satisfied with a hair product purchased at Purple Sage and has clearly used less than 15% of the product, the client will receive a refund. Management will appropriately evaluate and make the final decision on any product return where there is a discrepancy on how much was used. All sales of our skin care/makeup products by bareMinerals cannot be returned.
